Deep red color.  Enchanting notes of boysenberry, blackberry, cocoa, followed by subtle elements of jasmine, ripe cherry, and sage.  Upon taste the flavors exhibit cherry, blackberry, and blueberry profiles.  The texture is juicy, yet with refined tannins.  This cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon is intricate, lingering, and pleasing on the finish.

Pairs well with dense meats, such as lamb or steak.
